How it started

Once in the early 2010’s, two brothers from Armenian Gyumri, Babken and David (not twins, as you might think), tried to give a second life to the old mulberry tree by their house, which had to be cut. 

David (now he leads the production process and teaches the younger members of the team) made the first pair of wooden glasses, and the decision to start a brand was made. 

After 3 years of experiments and prototypes, the company was established in 2014 to deliver high-quality wooden products with eco-friendly natural materials. 

The name Twinz symbolizes the two parts of the glasses, which keep each other like twins. 

Now Twinz has a vintage-styled workshop in Gyumri, full of an atmosphere of art and creation.
